About Us
Lydon Builders was founded in 2015 by Tim Lydon with the focus of bringing high quality custom building to the Hudson Valley. Tim has been in the construction industry for 37 years. Tim started his career in carpentry at the age of 18 and by the age of 23 he was promoted to General Foreman where he ran numerous Union jobs. For 12 years he specialized in large commercial jobs including schools, shopping centers, bridges and many other types of commercial projects. Since starting Lydon Builders, Tim has re-entered the residential field specializing in general contracting new homes, renovations, additions and as complete excavation contractors as a family owned and operated business.

Current Job
This is a new home in Elizaville that we have completed in house. So far we have done everything including clearing the land, digging the foundation, pouring the foundation and framing the entire house.
Previous Job
A customer came to us looking for a custom passive home/ barn and we delivered. This was a first for us in this style of building and it came out awesome!
Excavation
With years of experience in the construction and excavation field we now offer complete excavation services including foundations, septics, driveways, trenching for service lines and land clearing.
